BLANCO UK Limited promotional offer terms and conditions

These terms and conditions refer to the promotional offer (“Promotion”) brought to you by BLANCO UK Limited, 1 Victor Way, Colney Street, St Albans, AL2 2FL, registered in England and Wales with company number 2674018 (“BLANCO”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in the promotion, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

1. Promotion offer and period:

• BLANCO offers customers one free BLANCO Silgranit ETAGON 500-U or BLANCO Silgranit ETAGON 6 sink in one of the 8 Silgranit colors when they purchase one BLANCO CHOICE.All water conditioning unit and the matching BLANCO CHOICE Icona tap in the same transaction.

• The Promotion will begin at 00:01 (BST) on September 9th, 2024 and end at 23:59 (BST) on December 31st, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).

• The Promotion will only take place within the territory of the United Kingdom and Ireland.

- The order for the BLANCO CHOICE and free ETAGON 500-U sink must be placed by the retailer within the promotional period to qualify (delivery not required within this period).

Important note: InFino drain system, overflow, and waste kit must be purchased separately for ETAGON sinks with Coloured Components as these are not supplied with the sink.

• By paying the difference between the RRP of a Silgranit ETAGON 500-U sink and a larger Silgranit ETAGON variant, consumers can also purchase one of the following products under the promotion:

3. Conditions for participation:
- Consumers must register their interest at www.blanco.co.uk/choiceoffer

- Upon registration, a confirmation of interest email will be sent, valid for one year from the date of issuance.

- To redeem, consumers must visit a participating BLANCO retailer and present the confirmation email. This email must be sent along with proof of purchase of a BLANCO CHOICE to orders@blanco.co.uk to complete the sink transaction.

- A proof of purchase is required to participate in this promotion, i.e. invoice, purchase order, etc. The proof must show the purchase of both a BLANCO CHOICE.All water conditioning unit and the matching BLANCO CHOICE Icona tap in the same transaction.



4. Eligibility Requirements:
- Plumbing kit/odour trap not included but can be purchased from BLANCO.

• Only one promotion can be used per purchase. The promotion may not be used in combination with other offers, promotions, or discounts, except where expressly specified.

• The promotion is subject to availability and while stocks last. BLANCO reserves the right to end a promotion at any time.

• BLANCO reserves the right to change the conduct of the promotion (including its suspension or early termination) and these terms and conditions if this is necessary for technical or legal reasons. BLANCO also reserves the right to change the selection of products included in the promotion at any time.

• All natural persons residing the UK and Ireland who at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate. All employees of BLANCO UK Limited and their close relatives, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

• Exchanges or cash payments are excluded. The promotion is non-transferable. The legal recourse is excluded.

5. Limitation of Liability:

We shall not be liable to you if you suffer any loss or damage from the Promotion (including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion) or from our refusal to allow you to take part in the Promotion or our withdrawal of the Promotion or any other failure or inability by you to participate in or benefit from the Promotion for any reason. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability in respect of Injury to life, limb or health or fraudulent concealment.

BLANCO shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions (and all non-contractual claims and disputes) are governed by English law and by making use of the Promotion, you agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any such claims or disputes which arise out of or in connection with this Promotion.

7. Data Protection:

8. Miscellaneous:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, , such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions . They shall then be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.
